COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How long will my order take?

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of payment (Monday–Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays). Depending on your location, you can expect delivery 3–7 days after dispatch within Australia.

  • What is your returns policy?

    If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Items should be in their original condition; once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund promptly.
